HubSpot has added a new changelog entry announcing that Pipeline and pipeline stage delete endpoints will enforce reference validation by default starting with the 2026-09 API version (live September 8, 2026). This is a breaking behavioral change for integrations that delete pipelines or pipeline stages which have existing references.

HubSpot is permanently disabling the ability to create new legacy, non-Project based private apps through the account UI, announced August 27, 2026. Developers must migrate to Service Keys via Developer Platform Projects version 2026.09.

HubSpot has announced the sunset of the Pipelines API V1 on December 4, 2026, after which it will no longer be supported. Integrations relying on V1 endpoints must migrate to the 2026-03 or later API version.

Node.js 18.x and 20.x runtimes are being deprecated for Chatflows custom code snippets, announced August 12, 2026. Developers using bot code in Chatflows on these runtimes will need to migrate to a supported Node.js version.
